Support Options


Support credits are a 'currency' that can be used for Oversight support. With a one year commitment, you get a free amount of these credits. But they can also be purchased separately.

You can always contact us by email for all your Oversight-related questions and issues.

Best effort

'Best Effort' means that we normally start processing tickets within a week without a binding response time (best effort).

Advanced support includes all the benefits of Basic support and more!

Phone support

During business hours you can always contact us by phone for all your Oversight related questions and issues. We will deal with your ticket as soon as possible, but within a maximum of 8 hours during business hours.

24 hour resolve time

We always try to solve your questions and issues as quickly as possible. The '24 hour' (NBD) resolve time means that the ticket will be processed within one business day at most.

You can always cancel your subscription. With Oversight you only pay for what you use. We believe in transparency, especially when it comes to costs.

We currently support all major payment methods.

You can easily manage your account by signing into Oversight and navigating to the "Account" menu.

All your payment details are processed extremely secure. We don't even store any of this data at all. We use a third party for this, called Stripe. Stripe is one of the largest payment processors in the world.

Customers receive a monthly overview of the costs incurred by email.
